Our machines are manufactured in Italy by Stellin S.R.L. They offer a 2 year manufacturers warranty on EasyCapper. We are very excited to have you up and running with the EasyCapper and will be happy to work with you to remedy things if you have shipping issues or defects from manufacturing.
